To give a bit more solemnity to the last track of the album
we thought that a cello
might join the voice and the guitar during the whole track
It had to be sustained only through these three elements
So we needed a top cello player.
OUr man for that mission was Jon Cottle.
Jon studied in London under the Suzuki method
and as a very young musician he stood out for his talent and good ear.
He has played with the Contemporary Orchestra of London and artists such as
Goldie, Dizzie Rascal, Spiritualized or Van *** Parks.
He is one of the best cello players of his generation.
