This guided meditation will help you release fear that’s holding you back and open your
heart and mind to live a full, vibrant life with love. You can do this meditation when
you feel negative or stuck in a rut, or as a daily reminder to go out and live life to
the fullest.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take long, deep breaths
to relax.
Keep taking long, deep breaths throughout this meditation.
With each inhale, imagine a wave of happiness and inner peace washing over you. Go to your
happy place, picture vibrant colors or bright lights, the people you love, the things you
love, the moments where you feel carefree and alive.
With each exhale, let your body relax as you bask in your happiness and release tension
from your mind and body.
The tension in your life is the result of living life with fear. When you fear something,
you try to avoid it, get rid of it, control it, or deny it to stay in your comfort zone.
So when you live with fear, you approach life with insecurities, negativity, close-mindedness,
and selfishness. Instead of embracing life’s ups and downs, you try to resist and deny
reality- that tension holds you back from living life fully.
If the tension in your life is the result of living with fear, inner peace is the result
of living with love. When you love something, you embrace it, accept it, encourage it, and
enjoy it. So when you live with love, you approach life with open-mindedness, acceptance,
gratitude, and kindness. You embrace the flow of life and feel true happiness and inner
peace that allow you to thrive.
Think of the moments in your life when you feel alive, carefree, and truly happy. Now,
imagine feeling that way about every moment of your life. That’s inner peace- and that’s
living with love.
When you live with love you know that you’re complete as you are and that you don’t have
to prove yourself to anyone. You feel secure- about yourself, your direction in life, your
relationships, and you don’t mind what other people think because you accept and love yourself
as you are.
For your next 5 breaths, take a deep breath in and on the exhales, repeat: “I accept
and love myself as I am.”
When you live with love, you realize that we’re all better off when we love and support
each other. You treat others with kindness, generosity, open-mindedness, and acceptance.
You don’t put others down to make yourself look good- you build others up to make everyone
look and feel good, because you recognize that everyone’s success is your success.
For your next 5 breaths, take a deep breath in and on the exhales, repeat: “Everyone’s
success is my success.”
When you live with love, you live and let live. You allow others to be themselves and
you allow yourself to be yourself with them. Love is free, accepting, and inspiring. You
recognize that there’s no one right way to live and that our beauty lies in our individuality
and diversity. There is no need to be intolerant, deceitful, suspicious, or controlling because
you accept and appreciate others as they are.
For your next 5 breaths, take a deep breath in and on the exhales, repeat: “I accept
and appreciate others as they are.”
When you live with love, you take responsibility for your life and your happiness. You don’t
blame other people or unfair circumstances for your problems. You know that your happiness
depends on you, not on your external circumstances, so you take responsibility, you find solutions
to your problems, and you actively choose love.
For your next 5 breaths, take a deep breath in and on the exhales, repeat: “I choose
love.”
Keep taking slow, deep breaths as you bask in a feeling of inner peace and happiness.
Approach your life trusting that you are complete, you are loved, you are safe, and you are exactly
where you need to be.
Let this feeling sink into your whole body and radiate outward into the world. No matter
what comes your way, you will remain a source of love and light in the world.
When you’re ready to end the meditation, slowly open your eyes, and know that you are
ready to live your life with love and inner peace.
