Hello! How are you doing? I hope you are having a good time. Today. I'm about to show you, my professional skills, but first, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kushtrim Bytyqi. I'm 26 years old. I come from Slovenia. I'm a student of Mediation in tourism, which is also the reason, that I decided to share this Video with you. As I've already mentioned my professional skills, and Mediation in tourisem which means to intermediate between the two sides of foreign cultures. My study requires to know a lot of geography, history, foreign cultures and of course foreign languages. Well today, I can say. I speak up to twelve languages. I started, by having only ten years. I started with reading dictionaries, books in different languages, watching television and reading newspapers. That time, I saw something I realised that. If I'm going to speak your language, or at least I'm going to try to speak your language. I will have other aspects. People will watch me in other way, if I'm going to try something. To figure out about his culture, origin, tradition. Today. You are going to watch me , speaking in foreign languages. Right now, I'm going to continue speaking in German language Hello. How are you doing? As you've already heard in English. Today I'm going to talk in all the languages, I can speak. German has always been my second foreign language. So i can say, I've been learning German for 10 years. Today I can say that I can communicate with the Germans or with the people from the German speaking countries. On my work, I used to have lots of clients which came from German speaking countries. I used to work as a Waitress in a Restaurant, where there were lots of clients from the German speaking countries. and also as a Receptionist of The hotel, and Receptionist of the SPA. Actually that was a German speaking hotel located on the Canary Islands. Then I also had lots of experiences on my workplace in the stories, in Slovenia. And I also used to work in the stories, in Switzerland, where I also had to understand the Swiss dialect. I found out about my professional skills, when i started understanding a language of the client. And now I can say. I understand a language of a client. And that's the most important thing in a business life. Now I'm going to speak in Slovene. As you've already heard in English, and in German. Today I will be talking in the foreign languages. Those are the languages, that I've been learning since I was a kid I've been learning them : at school, on my travels, with my friends, or online, reading books, and so on. Today I can say I speak more than 10 languages And as I've mentioned before in German about understanding a language of a client, And as I've also mentioned before in English about understanding a language of the person which is in opposite side. It will always help, not only in a Mediation, when there is about to resolve the problems. It means. If I will understand a language of the opposite side, it will help me to find out about his requirements ,what this person actually wants. And if this person also understands what are my requirements. We will sit down, have a conversation. In order to find out, what is necessary to do. And at the end, Everyone is happy. Not only in business and in mediation, but also understanding a language of a client. So we can be at the right place, at the right time for an assistance. I visited Tirana, Durres and Elbasani. I really liked those places. At the moment I'm doing my final work at my University. The tittle is Albania as a Tourist destination. I believe this destination will be developed in few years. Because I visited that place, and i think it's a really amazing place and it has a big potential for tourism development I've never learned an Albanian language at school, but i do practice at home. I speak with my family. Now I'm going to continue speaking in SerboCroatian. Hello Everyone. As you've already heard. Today I will be speaking foreign languages. SerboCroatian. I never say Serbian or Croatian I never had that language at school, but i simply learned it by watching television, reading newspapers, talking with friends And because Slovenian language is a similar to those 2 languages, i decided to learn. Now I can say I know the difference between the Serbian and Croatian language. For example. If i go to Zagreb, I don't say hleb ( a bread ) but kruh ( a bread). or when i'm in Belgrade, I never use the word Mlijeko ( Milk), but simply just Mleko (milk) So we know there are differences between Serbian, Croatian and also Bosnian language. But for me, the most important thing is the communication. And I can say that I can communicate with the people from ex Yugoslavia. Now I'm going to continue in Russian language. Hello. How are you? Are you doing well? Today. We are having a nice weather. As you already heard it. Today I'm going to speak the foreign languages. What do you think? How did i learn Russian language? I learned Russian with the courses Right now. I no longer visit Russian Courses, because I don't have much time. But today I can say i understand that language. I can have a communication. I've never been to Russia, but I think, we never know. Maybe tomorrow I go. As I said before, I used to go to Russian courses but now i do practices by watching television and reading newspapers on Russian language. That's all what i had to say in Russian. And now I can say some words. Good evening. How are you doing? Well ? Today is a nice weather. The Turks are very friendly. I've been to Antalya and Alanya. I love Turkey. I would like to thank you. So those were the words, I can speak in Turkish Now I'm going to continue in Dutch language. Hello How are you doing? I'm Trim ( Short name), and I can speak a little bit Dutch I've been in Spain and I had lots of friends from Netherlands. And I remember few words in Dutch. I think German, English and Dutch are very similar. So i think I would learn Dutch really fast. Now I'm going to continue speaking in Italian. Good evening to everyone. Now it is time to speak an Italian language It's the language that I've been learning for three years, and today I can say that I understand it, and i can have conversations with the Italians I've always had lots of Italian clients, on my workplace. Today I can also say that Italian language is very important, because there are lots of Italians that don't speak English. And not to forget to mention. That I've been in Italy. I've been to places such as Rome, Napoli, Venice. all those places. Excuse me, just a one moment. I really loved those places I hope , I will go to Sicily and Calabria in the future. I love to visit those places. I would like to thank you. Now I'm going to speak in Portuguese. That's the language. I also speak some basic thing, but later, I made a decision, if I can speak Spanish, French and Italian. Why not to learn also Portuguese. Good Evening. How are you? Everything okay ? I don't speak very well Portuguese I think Portuguese language is really important to learn, because Brazil it's the fifth biggest country in the world. I'm really glad to speak this language. I always say. If i can speak Italian, French and Spanish, why not to learn Portuguese. I'm really glad when i'm in the place, where there are many Portuguese people. Now it's the time to speak French language Today the French language is really important It has always been a Diplomatic language. And is one of the most spoken language in Africa. I've been in Paris. When i had 16 years. I went there by school I've been in Paris, and in Versailles. I really loved Paris, and Versailles. I love France. Today i can say that i can have conversations with the people from France. But i need practice. I'm really enough close to learn it. I've been working in lots of places, where we had to use French language We had lots of clients from french speaking countries. In the future, I hope i will have a job, where i will be able to use french language because i think, it is a really nice language to speak. Thank you, for your attention. Now I'm going to speak the language Spanish. Well after you heard that I really speak so many languages, I will explain to you, how did I start learning so many foreign languages. I've been watching different things, since I was kid. I was always impressed talking in foreign languages. When i saw someone for example or when I was outside with my friends, or with my brother. And when there passed some strangers or some tourists which I didn't know them personally. I was always curious to know about their culture, from where did they come, and the language that they were speaking. And as I've already mentioned before in English. Then i suddenly started to learn those foreign languages. It all started, back when i was only ten years. We were going with my brother to the country, where i was born. On a visit to my grandma During the travel, there were some Italians, that didn't speak English. And when they started talking, And it really bothered me, because I didn't understand that language And then when we arrived on that place I had only 30 euros, the money that my mother gave me, for the vacations for one week. I made decision to buy a dictionary in Italian language. I was getting interested for an Italian language And slowly with the interests. I went to buy a dictionary. And there was one seller, that asked me, if you want more dictionaries, I will give you an extra discount. And i decided later, why not, and bought also dictionaries in French and in Spanish And i started reading and learning. Not to forget to mention that I've also been to Spain. As i mentioned before in German language. I was working on the Canary Islands. In Gran Canaria Thank you for listening me. And now not to forget I will be speaking a language which i just started learning, like few days ago, and I still cannot understand it, but slowly I think.
