R - Senator - F*k unemployed people

their taking a vote on uh... unemployment insurance in unemployment benefits in extending right because a lot of people obviously unemployed right now and it they need to be said about thirty days and it was kind of a standard vote almost every reasonable because or on board for this that given the topic on a meet saturday with a lot of face the wrath of the voters and is it expects them benefits for one point two million people is going to cost about ten billion dollar right uh... but one guy wasn't having it he's jim bunning from kentucky he comes out and says up high and low two blocks and they said what why you block is a plateau little problem with that uh... i just don't wanna add to the deficit is that what i would like to do it and solution now if you could be take it from other parts of the of the budget is saturday it could find a way to pay for it and i'm in favor of pain for as you go and uh... but his solution was no i don't very specifically i'd just one thing you notice that elsewhere says he doesn't want us to spend the stimulus money he's against that i'm gonna use my pride at the holdup so he kept coming up uh... every time the threat of a vote on it is like idec i object now eventually bill yet passes objections because even the republicans are are fully and it's not even though john point came up and defended airman gave a speech but there's not an opera problems the block uh... because it would be politically disastrous for blocks right here especially with all their well armed and unemployed constituents back up the right at those people are you guys going to do any better job dot just so much so anyway so he's walking this thing basically on his own subpoenaed they'll get passes objections is just a matter of time but what was that happening it's because it's taking longer all those people *** pic off of unemployment and they have to reapply so they get denied their money for some period of time and they have to go through so much more red tape etcetera etcetera i mean this causing enormous inconvenience including of course his home state of kentucky where there is very significant point so when jeff berkeley came up to a democrat from oregon who was talking about a try to figure out how to get beyond it political reports that but he said to a sensible work on www uh... why he was you do it and and what with merck we could do about you know what they read it and right now there's a lot of those urges scrooge moment that's this ritual but he's not running again because the republican party remedies so presumably wall perspective of it is a warning there is a good i'm not running and i just felt sick if anyone i like preparing what candidates around were white wasting time at all what it takes the start of out of time to get beyond f filibusters actually just one senator but you can close the debate the cloture with sixty-seven so they got a collector sixty senators become preeminent and they got a close debate and there's a certain procedure to go through they've returned for the weekend leg i come back and do it on mon so he knows all those people win for their unemployment checks with his little antics and he knew was in a way she wanted nationwide if all of all this i don't work just to be opposite and was his answer to complain what to do and that's the unfortunately the united states senate for you
