I am glad that you are enjoying my versions of your recipes.
So today I'm going to show you how to make Chinese chicken fried rice.

Let's take a look at the ingredients we will need to make this recipe
We have here 1 big bowl of rice (around 3-4 cups of raw rice)
2-3 spring onions chopped.
1 bowl cabbage chopped.
1 capsicum chopped.
Shredded and cooked chicken.
1/2 carrot chopped.
1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
1 tbsp chilli sauce.
1 tbsp ginger garlic green chillies crush.
Salt to taste.
1 tbsp soya sauce.
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto and 2-3 tsp oil.
Now let's begin!
First, we will heat up the oil.
While cooking Chinese food, we have to heat up the oil first because we don't have the huge cooking pots that they have...
... in the restaurants. So use the cooking pot at home to heat up the oil and then add the ingredients to it.
After the oil is heated up, we will add the ginger garlic green chillies crush.
After this we will add all our vegetables one by one.
Spring onions
Then add the capsicum.
Then add the cabbage.
Chopped carrot.
About 1/2 tsp black pepper.
1 tbsp soya sauce.
Around 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto.
Salt to taste.
And 1 tbsp chilli sauce.
Use red chilli sauce instead of green.
Let's mix this properly.
Usually the vegetables in Chinese food are under cooked. We should taste this when we eat the recipe.
All these vegetables are cut vertically.
After mixing a little, we can now add our chicken shreds.
For the shredded chicken, take about 1/4th kg chicken, take double the amount of water, add black pepper,
, salt and then boil it. You can also use the water leftover from this to make the gravy.
After the chicken is cooked, take the bones out and that's how you make the shredded chicken.
Now we can add the rice that we have cooked beforehand.
When we take 1 cup of rice, we take 4 cups of water and some salt, boil it and then add the rice and cook it properly.
Just before it boils completely, turn off the gas, drain the water, and then you can use the rice.
If you make the rice 4-5 hours before, then the rice gets a nice, free texture to it.
We have to cook this on high flame since the rice in Chinese food is made quickly over high flame.
You don't need to cover it with a lid and let it steam.
It looks like our rice is almost done.
Now let's take a plate and turn off the gas.
Steaming hot chicken fried rice is ready! And it is supposed to be served hot.
