Hi everyone, it's Christophe Choo from
Beverly Hills, the day after
Thanksgiving, and I
was walking on my [xx] lunch
with my wife and I thought
I've never done a
video of the Beverly Park
Gardens which is I think, one of the great things in our city.
So let me give you a little tour.
So here in the middle of
Beverly Hills on Canon Drive,
literally about a 100 feet from
my office is the Beverly
Park Gardens.
This was part of the project
for the Montage Hotel when it
came into be this city basically
said, "Well, we'll let you build your
luxury 5, 6 star hotel,"
which is right here, one of
the best in Beverly Hills and
condos, but "you got
to basically make a free
park for the residents
and people in Beverly Hills to
enjoy." And we have
this wonderful building on
this side which they donated to
the city. And the city can now
collect rents, and we
have a parking structure underground,
we have beautiful flowers, we have
the Bouchon Restaurant downstairs and upstairs.
So it's really, really a great place, but check this out.
I mean, I have to
be honest, I've never come here
for lunch, but you have all
these outdoors tables and chairs,
this beautiful fountain, here typically
on a beautiful sunny day, beautiful green
grass to bring your dog
and walk around, but I
could walk here from my office
100 feet, bring a nice
sack lunch, sit here by
the fountain for free, and enjoy this wonderful garden.
Isn't that great?
One of the many, many, many reasons
to be here in LA whether
it be on vacation or to
have a full time
residence by Gaido [sp?].
This is a really great place,
and there are so many wonderful, beautiful spots
to enjoy in our wonderful city
of Beverly Hills, here in the LA area.
So, I hope you're all having a day after Thanksgiving.
I am going to continue my
day, do some shopping on
Redeo Drive, that's the Bouchon
Restaurant downstairs and upstairs.
Thomas Keller's restaurant from Napa.
Been here several years now
and they have a little kind of
cafe bistro downstairs on the ground floor.
Anyways, just reminded, remember to say that.
So greetings from Beverly Park Gardens in Beverly Hills.
