bjbj How He Lost 80 lbs. Of Fat Mike Chang: Hey! What s up guys? This is Mike with sixpackshortcuts.
In this video, I am going to show you how Dominic made this transformation and also
he is going to share with you the most important key that he used to losing this way. Dominic,
thanks for being on the video, man. Tell me about your transformation? Dominic: Well,
I mean I guess, if I started fresh it started I was really overweight and really let myself
go finally decided to make a change. So I tried a few things read stuffs in magazines
but probably when I really fell on the after burn training through you I actually started
seeing results. All said and done, I have lost 80 pounds of fat, I am stronger than
I ever was. In fact, I feel better more energy, and I have found my whole life has really
improved. Mike Chang: So in that picture of you on the screen, how much did you weigh?
Dominic: I would say, you know, once I got over 260 I stopped weighing myself. But, I
d say, I got upto about 260, 270 at one point. I was embarrassed to weight myself after 260
so. Mike Chang: All right, so Dominic, so what was the most important factor in dropping
this way? Dominic: Biggest factor is, sticking to premade meals, actually. When I started
doing the Zero Willpower Eating System, I found it was so much more convenient .Originally,
I tried things like lean cuisines, tried cooking day by day. But, once I actually started cooking,
just dedicating a little time all the premade meals and then actually doing that, I found
it s so much easier to avoid cheating on your diet. What kept happening is I was cheating
on my diet, you are low on time you go out to eat real quick, grab some thing fast. But,
when you have it in your fridge you take it to work with you, it s just so much easier.
In fact, now I found myself, actually giving it to friends when they are hungry too. So
that s the biggest thing I can stick to small portions, I can control what I am eating,
I can control what s going in, into my body. And, I found, man, that is a key, really,
biggest thing that kind of took me to the next level. Mike Chang: Yeah, Dominic, I definitely
agree so what advice would you give you guys who are watching this video right now on losing
weight? Dominic: Well really sticking to it, that s the 100% thing, man. These extreme
diets people do. I see people do it all time at work, works for about a week two weeks
and then it s over. But, if you can actually can get comfortable with cooking meals in
advance and actually sticking to it may be getting no variation in a healthy way learning
how to do that through your program and it will help you immensely and it s much easier
to stick to. So that s what it s worked for me. I ve been on it for almost a year now
and the results keep going. Mike Chang: Yeah, and you kept the weight off too. Dominic:
Definitely, and you can tweak it a little bit too with some advise from you and the
crew on how to actually add may be if you want to woke up a little bit cut a little
bit too, man. So it s been working, man, and a lot of my friends come over and grab meals
from me before they are leaving the place, man, so I am getting other people into it
too, so. Mike Chang: Yeah, that s awesome. Well, those are some awesome tips. Dominic,

Yeah, most definitely, man, it gave me awesome results; so, yeah obviously, I am sticking

if you stick to this it s simple and just dedicate a minimal amount of time and you
