If we wait until we're ready, we'll be waiting for the rest of our lives. (Lemony Snicket)
Hey guys, it's Lunden, and this week on the Runtastic Fitness channel we are focusing on
our lower body with a leg workout using a Bosu ball.
Now, if you've never seen a Bosu ball: this is a Bosu ball.
It's like half of a stability ball and there's also a platform side.
I'm not gonna get into all of them, but there are hundreds of exercises
that you can do using just a Bosu ball that can target you from head to toe.
But, say, we're looking at the waist down. We're gonna work on our legs with this leg workout
with a Bosu ball. Okay, so here are the four exercises that will be part
of our leg workout with a Bosu ball. We're gonna have 20 side-to-side jumping taps,
20 up-and-over squats, 20 lunges with your back foot on the bull's eye of the Bosu ball,
10 on each side, and then we'll finish it off with a jump onto the Bosu ball
with stabilization, and we'll do that for 20 as well.
Alright, so here we go, let's get our heart rate elevated and work those legs with this Bosu ball workout.
If you want to make it harder ...do a high-knee jump!
Powerful, this is a lot of work!
Alright, so I hope you enjoyed that workout with a Bosu ball!
So, whether you tried working out with a Bosu ball before, I hope that you
try this workout, or if it's just a piece of alien equipment to you
I hope this inspires you to try something new!
