2013 Burton Hacket Jacket Review by Skis

Hi, I'm Brigitte. This is Slope Style. I'm with Jill from Burton and we're going to talk about the Hacket Jacket. The Hacket Jacket...I love this coat. It looks like a flannel and it really feels like a flannel. Yes. So, before talk about fabric, what's the fit? Because I notice it sits a little bit longer than most. Yeah, this is a Team Fit and our Team Fit is by our team's request. They wanted a jacket that was a little bit, sized a little bit bigger, so taking our traditional Sig Fit and add about two inches to the body and an inch to the sleeve. You get a little bit of that kind of baggy, over-sized look. Fits long. That's good. Yep, and the fabric is a yarn-dyed flannel plaid so it does feel like a flannel but it is a 10,000mm waterproof rating. But it's hard to believe that this is really waterproof like when you touch it it's super soft like a real flannel but it is 10,000mm. Wow. And the hood on this is a bonded fleece hood that is attached so it has that more street-style of the wearing your flannel over a hoody. Okay. I like the color combo of this one too. So, what about the inside? What's going on? The inside is a quilted lining and then it has 60 grams of insulation throughout so it does have some insulation there. You can see the waist gaiter here. It has some of your hidden pockets, your big goggle pocket. There's an audio pocket. You can see the audio port here so you can slide your music in right there. So lots of bells and whistles. Lots of pockets in the front too. Pockets in the front, yep. Great. So that's the Hacket Jacket from Burton. This is Slope Style and thanks for watching.
