From position six, which is that closed hip position. Closed hip, hips straight ahead.
We can work on more twists. So, I'm going to join Annoca so that we can do the same
position from two different angles. So, we're going to work on twisted right angle pose.
We're going to do a modified one first, placing the back knee down. Crossing the elbow over,
hands in prayer. And, this is a really good twist. And, we're going to take it a little
bit deeper. We're going to slide the arm into a deeper twist and pick up the back knee.
And, the closest to the traditional pose we're going to go in even deeper deeper twist. Releasing
the hand to the floor. Top arm extends, pressing the back knee off and creating extension by
taking the arm over the air.
