I worked with Stephanie as a seller, and the folks that lived across the street had given me Stephanie's name. When I meet a client for the very first time, I always want to get to know them before we talk about houses or real estate. Because the more I know about them the better I can help. I want to know what their interests are, what they like to do on the weekends. Do they run? Do they like to go to the theater? Do they like to go to nice restaurants? Are they homebodies? Because that helps me figure out the right type of home for them. I also want to know what would make a buying or selling experience great for them, because I want to provide that for every single client. And then, after I know that, then we talk about houses. Specifically, what does their dream home look like? If they're selling a house, what timeframe do they need to be out of their house? Stephanie did such a great job working with all of the different parties involved, and doing research to figure out the best way to help me to achieve my goal of buying that specific house. I always do and say what's in my client's best interest. Because their goals are my goals, and honesty's always the best policy. She provides a potential seller with factual information, not just opinion. Stephanie's communication style and ability is wonderful. The first time I called her she was very upfront and honest. What I love about my job is that every single day is different; every person I meet is different, every transaction is unique. I like that I can put my experience and my knowledge to work in many different ways, every day. My clients tend to share a lot with me - I guess I'm easy to talk to -- I don't know, but they open up and they tell me their situation, they tell me their goals, their dreams, and I really love hearing their story.
