Let's continue our chocolate journey
So far we made chocolate truffles, chocolate mousse, chocolate brownies
And today we are going to made white coconut chocolate truffles
Yummy!!!!
These are perfect for the holiday season
They look like snow balls
and they are perfect gift for your friends and family
For the coconut . . .
Very Very important you have to use natural unsweetened shredded coconut
So it has to be unsweetened.
You can never replace it with the sweetened Coconut, you find in the supermarkets.
It has to be natural coconut to make a big difference
You can find it in healthy stores like organic stuff
and also online or in Indian stores
It is very used in Indian quizy
And that is super easy

Let's start
Heat the heavy cream until it reaches boiling point
then pour it over this goodness of white chocolate.
Add the vanilla and let them get acquainted for a minute
then mix them together into this smooth yummy white chocolate heaven.
Add the coconut and mix them…
wow, it looks like yummy snowy winter in a bowl!
Cover with a plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
make small balls of the cold white chocolate ganache,
the size of a walnut,
and roll them in more shredded coconut.
Of course, the coconut is unsweetened….
We are making truffles people, not candies!
And that it’s, really that’s it ---
place them in the fridge until serving time.
