Welcome to Tabor Mountain, Official Sport Venue for freestyle skiing and snowboarding for the 2015 Canada Winter Games. I'm Devin and I've been freestyle skiing since I was 13 years old. Tabor Mountain is a 15 to 20 minutes drive from the Athletes Village. At Games time, there'll be no parking at Tabor instead a park and ride system will be used to transport athletes and fans to the site. Tabor Mountain has a top elevation of 795 metres and a vertical drop of 244 metres. Tabor features a concession, rental shop, grooming equipment, a chairlift and a t-bar. At Games time, moguls will be set up here. The moguls will be 35 metres wide and 235 metres long with a 26 degree incline. Slope style will be hosted here at terrain park. Here the course and obstacles will be set up to pull off your tricks at Games time. The aerials will be set up over there and run for a minimum of 40 metres with the width of 20 metres and an incline of the slope between 20 and 25 degrees. The table will be 20 metres long and 20 metres wide with a zero degree incline. The landing will be 25 metres in length with a width of 20 metres at the top and 25 metres at the bottom. The slopes are between 35 and 39 degrees. The finish area is 30 metres in length and 25 metres wide, with a zero degree slope.
