During the spring, 10 celebrities will go through a psychological check in our "psyko chamber".
Hello?
No!
One by one the participants will do some tests that will challange their empathic abilities,
their problem-solving abilities, their mental quickness,
and not at least how they handle physical pain.
In the last episode we will award the one who has fared the best in the "psyko chamber".
PSYKO CHAMBER
Today's participant in the "Psyko chamber" is "My Heart Is Yours" Didrik Solli-Tangen.
P: Well done. How do you feel it went?
Mild frustration due to certain points, if I can say it that way.
The first question about words starting with letter "E", I just thought; "What happens?".
Let's watch it.
You are going to say as many words as possible starting with the letter "E".
Ther are 1925 words(Norwegians) starting with the letter "E".
Eple (apple)
There I stopped totally.
I can't remember any at all.
P: I hear a lot of "E". It's a good start.
This is crazy.
Electronics
Esel (donkey)
P: There you go. D: It's getting better.
No chance.
You were not the only one who got a brain-***. If that is any comfort for you.
You ended at the bottom part of the ranking in this one. Only three words.
That's okay, I survive.
And than we have the visual intelligence test.
You are going to solve some issues on the screen in front of you.
Which one of the 3 pieces has to be put together to make this figure?
It's allowed to rotate the pictures but not mirror them.
D, E, C?
B, C, D
A, B, E
No wait, B, E, F
How did you feel that went?
This one I felt I had a grip on.
You were good, you are on shared first place.
That's good.
You managed 4 out of 5. And that's only one who has managed before you.
That's nice.
On the shelf in front of you, you find a candle a box of pushpins and a matchbox.
You are going to attach the candle on the wall in the frame in a way that it doesn't drip on the shelf when it's lightened.
I'm making a platform, where the candle can stand.
What's annoying now, is that it is certainly another way of doing this.
which is much smarter than the way I'm doing it. It's always like that.
P: It's always like that? D: But it is.
P: Is it? D: Very often when you are ... P: Let's watch your selfconfidence.
And now you who sits there watching thinking; "Ha, ha ha, what a way to do it. Is it really possible to be that stupid?."
But it is like...how often don't you sit watching TV and think like that?
I just try to think about what I do when sit home watching.
P: You made a platform. D: Afterwards I am aware there is several ways of doing it.
P: I would say that this is a good solution.
D: That's a good solution. P: A good and steady solution.
And this its the last room.
You have to figure out how to get out of this room as fast as possible.
What will you have to do to open the gate in front of you.
I didn't have any strategy. I just thought I had to try different solutions.
No solutions is correct. Everything is just a coinsidence.
I sit outside and throw a dice. If I get a six, the gate goes up.
If I get a one, the gate goes down."
I tried all the light switches. Tried to make words of the letters.
OUT I want to get out.
No, it wasn't that either.
Tried to say something in the microphone.
It's a microphone here.
Here. Do I have to say "here"?
There is a microphone here.
There is a microphone here.
no, no,no. It was not that. This doesn't work.
I have plenty of time. I'm not hungry and not tired.
It has to be... It's possible to get out. Don't let the gate down now.
This one I didn't get at all.
There were no , due to my head, logical way of doing it.
That's what I wonder about the most now.
The solution was this.
And where was it.
Outside. I throw the dice. If I got a six, the gate went up. If I got a one, the gate went down.
So what ever I did had no effect?
Nothing at all.
A terrible excersise
P: Can you guess how many points you got? D: No I can't.
I think have got 18-19.
20, yes.
P: At the bottom so far. D: That sucks.
P: You are not far behind Kunt Arild Hareid. D: He is some years older then me.
P: Yeah, right. D: It's something about that.
D: Thanks for the test. P: Thanks you for coming.
