Hi I'm Jonathan,
today you'll discover the speculoos cake's recipe.
The speculoos is a Belgian biscuit that's
traditionally eaten during the Christmas holiday season.
From ancient Rome, the biscuit was offered to children
during these holidays :) By using the speculoos as
an ingredient, it gives an original and spicy touch to cake ;)
You'll have to
120g of speculoos crumbs,
75g of sugar, 40g of flour,
2 eggs, 7 tablespoons of milk,
75g butter.
Preheat oven to 180 °.
Put the butter to melt in the microwave.
If you want a little crunch in your cake then
add a few pieces of speculoos in your dough! :D
To check cake's baking,
stick a knife and if the blade comes out clean then
your cake is cooked!
