so a couple of things i wanna talk about that I missed in the video
that are very important when you're looking for a sports drink and one thing
that
I think affects all of us and that's taste
so one thing you need to think about is sometimes we take things
at the very beginning so lets say its an hour or two hour ride
you take something you think that's not too bad and you're right
but after you've been out there for nine hours you're ready to just
absolutely not you just can't force it down you because it's so strong
remember to look for things that have a very mild taste
because if you do in the end, it will pay off
you'll keep using it and that's what I'm talking about testing
on the trainer I tried several things
that seem to work fine and they work well with my body
but at eight hours that taste absolutely was just
unbearable for me and they didn't work as well to remember that in your testing
some things that test really well for you in shorter
distances will not work well with for you on the longer end of things
so make sure you're aware that
