Hello this is Lydia Scott again
and going to talk to you about some ways to raise your
frequency. This is very important
probably since - especially since December 21st
December 12 2012. A lot of you are very interested
and becoming more interested in how to raise your frequency
you may find that there are
some blocks or something if you've been working on this for a while
if you've not been working on it you may
find and I don't want to put that your mind
but it is part of the practice
to find out where there might be some
obstacles or challenges rather to raising your frequency
some things you might want to look at are your nutrition
your fitness or your exercise
Um and other practices. You may also have to look some emotional issues
regarding your frequencies
and I actually have a program that I am developing and it will be out soon
so watch for that about clearing your self emotionally
purifying your emotions so that you can raise your
frequency and that is a process. Part of which meditation can help with.
That's only part of it though.
so there are also some other issues
with raising your frequency. As you might have heard
I've been researching this topic.
There are not only emotional challenges
but their spiritual challenges too.
And this gets into some touchy areas
But most, if not all religions address these issues
and their are
certain energy, unconscious energies
that may block us which may be a part of our
emotional baggage that attach to that
that emotional baggage. There may also
be conscious entities
being or "energetics," if you just want to put it down to that
that can attach to that (emotions).
So you're still in kind of the -you're talking about the unconscious energetics
but there are also conscious energetics
that have a stake
in -not in-
in others not raising their frequency. so you can do a lot of research on this
then you get into humans that are
conscious and unconscious and have a stake in you NOT raising your frequency
this is about you having good boundaries
and that is- we get into codependency issues but I also want to
point out that as you relate to others
in codependency issues (so to speak) here (3D)
you will also relate in the spiritual realms
to others in a
in a healthy -more or less healthy manner. so it's important to know - to have-
to know about good boundaries and to have good boundaries
and to know where your power is and where it is not so
All of that, I teach. I'm also
a licensed clinical social workers associate
I have a master's in social work so we talk a lot about that.
I just happen to believe that we also are dealing
with those things in the spiritual realms also
so I don't like to scare anyone with this but
sticking your head in the sand about it
is not going to do you any good
So, just be informed about it and then
Find out where your power is and the Serenity Prayer is great for that.
The serenity prayer is about
-It goes like this:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change-
the courage to change things I can-
and wisdom to know the difference.
so right there i's talking about your power is
your power isn't and how do you know the difference.
Moving right along and how to raise our frequency
there's some real simple things you can do:
going back to nutrition, right there
if you will do some research
on vegan diets
vegetarian diets
the difference is that vegans do not eat
products that are- have -
any animal origin like milk in butter
things like that. Besides just not eating meat
they don't eat- there's nothing of animal origin in their diets.
Beyond that, there is
is fruitarians
where they
they focus on fruit. There's people who eat raw foods which is not
necessarily
just just fruits
but it compasses vegetables and fruits also.
But it's raw.
Now with that, with fruits and raw
raw foods, you're ingesting
live energy. It has not been deconstructed
or altered. it is
live energy. of which
you can use that energy.
When you ingest it. It is going into this area right here -into your gut, which is
in the Eastern religions it is known as the Dantien area.
This is where your battery is
actually and you're filling it with a live energy
it's not only detoxifying you but it's providing
it's putting live direct energy right in here. It's not to say that
food does not have energy
It has calories and it has supplements and things like that.
But it is being deconstructed and altered and if you go and ask your doctor
about this. He probably won't really know what we're talking about. we're talking
about fourth dimensional
information here.So- and remember there
there is a difference between electricity
energy and Chi. Chi is not necessarily
electricity. It is a
it is more 4th dimensional. Electicity is more 3rd dimensional
so they could get into a whole other quantum physics discussion
which they don't even know where electricity really comes from anyway
so - anyway. Some
some other methods are chi gong

It can be spelled a couple of ways C H I -Q O N G
or you can also spell it
more correctly I missed two spellings (letters)
Q I- Q O N G is the more correct spelling
also yoga is a way to physically raise your energy
of course meditation is away to raise your frequency
I would couple that was some walking meditation because you're actually
you all ground it in to your energetic body.
probably more quickly. Another way that people are claiming
now is a way to
raise your frequency like almost immediately with dramatic
results I wouldn't suggest doing (just) this- I would think you should
add it into your program of meditation and yoga, etc.
I wouldn't say exclude that -what you are already doing. I would say add
this in. And Sean Stephensen, if you looked him up
