Hey guys Lee here with clean simple portraits I want to talk today about three tips that
will make your portraits better or any photograph you going to do three tips that will make
your photos better. Let's see Tip number one know your subject a lot of times I'll see
young photographers Will ask about image of the post it on Facebook or something and I
don't know what the subject photograph is sometimes I don't know if they don't subject
of the photograph is so know what you're subject is you see this a lot with people making sunsets
and stuff somebody thinks a sunset is nice so that one know your subject that number
to focus attention on your subject this can be done in a couple different ways you can
depend on you how you shoot it as far as raptures concerned you can make your background go
blurry that can focus and attention contrast if you had maybe a person maybe a lady and
bright red jacket or dress contrasting with maybe the background which is little more
you know midterms are great but I didn't wake you can do that with just focusing
attention on your subject so that they stand out if you want to number three is simplify
simplify what I mean by that take a look see if there are any trees you sticking out of
of your subjects head if there's a porta John maybe it was this the side of the image if
there's powerlines anything like that it's the things that are distracting things you
have to take out afterwards in Photoshop and that simple tilt of the camera or having them
till this way or that way would save you your 10 minutes 15 minutes in Photoshop so the
three things once more I know your subject focus attention on your subject simplify and
again I use these you know they just got a run to my mind now composing a particular
image but you know know what that subject is especially portraits as a person you know
your personality and your image composer what about background make sure there's nothing
crazy something super distracting some super contrasty if you're shooting a a black-and-white
image maybe there's something to the persons left that Stark white here I might go Rywick
the person to correct with that stark white image so. Again very subject of his attentional
simplify I hope this helps and as usual if this is helpful and all will like on there
I subscribe if you haven't already leave a comment question and if you have any bigger
questions for me I think you know about things that you do videos on just hit me up and I'll
try to get up with these guys appreciate it
