Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga session. In 15 minutes you will understand how is powerful this practice.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga was founded by Shri Shri Pattabhi Jois on 1970s and since that
was spreaded on Western Countries. This session (primary), needs to tell the thruth of about
1 hour and 30 minutes. Anyway in this case I've realized this video just for busy people
who are in hurry or want to focus just on basic movements and achieving some skills.
This is very useful to practice in the morning or on sunset. Between one step and another
is included the "Vinyasa Flow" (after I'll explain to you the meaning of it), but above
all the focus on a kind of breath identified as Ujjayn. Is simple:you have just to focus
on the throath. You sould block the throath pressing on it and creating, with the air
passage, a strage sound like it. This breath must be used during the asanas at least 5
times. This because we don't warm our body with external devices, so It is possible using
our breath for stimulating Body Temperature increasing. To everybody...have a good practice...let's
start with Sun Salutation (or Surya Namaskar in Sanscrit). We have 2 Sun Salutation: A
and B. For this session we will do for 2 times the Type A and for 2 times Type B. Let's start
