George Zimmerman Might Never Serve Jail Time

we had a poll up for the last week at the ada tak and dot com asking will george zimmerman the trade on martin shooter eventually do prison time and and we still don't know if and when he'll be arrested we did a lot of of unknown so far but the question was after it's all said and done will zimmerman and up spending time in jail for shooting for killing trade on martin thirty three percent of respondents said yes twenty two percent said now which is you can see is not anywhere close to a hundred percent it is forty five percent said they're they're just not sure after say i sympathize with this pose i'm not at all convinced that this is going to end up with george zimmerman actually doing and dave jail time yeah unfortunately i i have no prediction really there have been missed there's not much evidence is seems as to what happened in terms of our witnesses and all that so we do have this that we do have this uh... this woman who has come out and said that she heard uh... screaming and crying and medicine is the got that that shot was heard that stopped indicating that it was in fact rave on martin we do have nine-one-one evidence where were zimmerman admits that he's following tradeline martin against what uh... what nine-one-one indicated that he should do of course the standard ground law does not apply to following people and seeking them out with zero nine is already admitted to doing so it's a lot of circumstantial evidence and it's a lot of evidence that is not necessarily visual it's a lot of uh... you know it's through other channels will work for an but i think that this is going to lead to a least an arrest if nothing else because uh... oh if if nothing else it was very clear that craig sager the attorney that was working with that was representing drawers in iran with completely unqualified to be doing that now that that was evident from i we handled or didn't handle certain television interviews brahme out some of the people that he put up there to speak positively about george zimmerman including this guy uh... what was his name joe oliver i believe his name was it was clear he was not equipped at all for something of this magnitude and now it turns out that uh... uh... crag alta credit array is going to be at least according to what he told the orlando t_v_ station is going to be joining the criminal defense team of george zimmerman and that uh... that may be an indication that an arrest may be forthcoming because he says that this was a really works on criminal defense also and you pupil indicates that the trade on martin opinion is very very divided among party line far more republicans fifty six percent than democrats only twenty five percent say that there's been too much coverage of tradeline martin's death any surprise lewis that republicans are the ones that say mediation really be talking about this in for two reasons per number of these before put it that way including the gun aspect in the race aspect not surprising if that's what you're asking me also uh... african-americans far more likely than white americans to say that they are closely following the story and democrats regardless of race are following it much more closely than republicans not at all surprising can we deduced anything else from this in time it would be of interest from these uh... racial and party-line divides uh... now tonight just seems like it's kind of unfortunate that uh... weekend so easily predict what each party is gonna think about it this shouldn't be a political thing shouldn't be a racial thing is just very clearly and injustice what do we didn't need the sports is to guess that the numbers with a click that's no but you know what they're there are some things were it would be expected but also more acceptable to predict among party lines for example taxes right we know that on taxation they're a kind of fundamental differences between democrats and republicans and we can protect them in a way that is more acceptable to me then the death of an innocent seventeen-year-old it's very this it this is a particularly egregious party-line and racial difference we shouldn't really be seeing that difference on this on taxes i can understand it and another offended by it even though we can still find plenty to be offended about but up on this particular line of of thought it is it
