Asl Narrated Ibook

Hi, today I’d like to show you about an iBook called Pointy Three. It’s a children’s
book but it’s the first that has American Sign Language narration. So, it’s great
for children that are learning sign language or adults who want to read along with their
kids. So, here’s the book. It’s an iBook and it’s only readable on the iPad not iPhone.
So, here’s a page in the book and as you can see in the top left corner is a play button
and if you press that you get a video of someone signing the words of the book on that page.
One thing that I noticed is it doesn’t highlight as it goes along. That could be helpful if
you lose your place or if you’re learning sign language for the first time. You can
make the video full screen if you’d like. And that’s Pointy Three, an iBook with American
