I've been in the business for 32 years. I've been with two broker dealers, my own and SII. I've been with the firm for a long time, going on 14 years. I have absolutely no desire to find any new broker dealer. I think if that's not a testimonial in itself that we have been committed to this firm for many many years and plan to be for many years to come. Everybody needs to experience it for themselves. Everybody needs to do their own homework and meet the people and form their own opinions. I think that any representative looking at SII and joining for the right reasons will be making a good choice and will, as we did, make a commitment to the firm that will be long term commitment. One that they'll be I think very happy that they made that decision to move over and be a part of the SII family.
