Akachukwu for Academic Affairs Officer

- Hey - What is it? - Akachukwu is running for Academic Affairs Officer - Oh that’s great! Shut up! In my role as department representative of bio engineering I have had to work with the academic affair officer this year, Susuana in the faculty representation meetings and generally just trying to improve the student experience by representation. She is a very hardworking person, I have worked with her in group projects and I think she’ll work well with the executive committee of CGCU She’s a very friendly person, very approachable, so in terms of like student welfare overall I think she’ll be highly appropriate I can attest to the fact that students have so much to say. Now a couple of things I think about this role: The entire student body communicates with the union through this person. I’ll come to her if I have problems within my personal life or even university life I mean I’ve known her for three years She is such a hardworking person, She’s also energetic and approachable and very organised From what I’ve seen, some of the key roles, like some of the key qualities you require are good communication skills, ability to lead by example and really trying to get the point across to the faculty and the department of what students want changed So as you can imagine it’s really important that you make the right decision for who you vote for for Academic Affairs Officer next year and I believe that Akachukwu is that right person. I think she’ll be a great person for the role of the Academic Affairs Officer Position And I think Aky has all those key skills So i’ll definitely vote for her and I think you should too Vote Akachukwu 2012 That sounds great!
