NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So let us make the curry.
I have a utensil with me. Let me just put on the gas. And now, I need to add some refined
oil. People who are conscious about oil and things, they can add a bit. But Indian recipe
without oil does not make any sense, so you have to add oil. I mean, you can add a bit,
but I am trying to add a little bit because I will be adding water later on. So here it
goes. Let me just hotten the oil, and then we will be adding onions and other things
into it to make the curry. One very interesting part of this recipe is tamarind. Because we
actually put water into it and always gives a nice, nicer taste. The actual thing behind
this tamarind is that it actually gives a nicer and peppy taste to the people. And of
course, when we add it into a curry, you will actually realize that this is fabulous and
of course this is going to be fabulous.
