Hello there unboxers! This is Sakis Karpas in another episode of Unboxholics.
Today we will take a look at Batman: Arkham Origins Collector's Edition, the third installment in the Arkham series that was developed by Warner Bros in Montreal and not by Rocksteady Studios this time.
Let's get started with the unboxing!
The box looks sleek with two artworks that feature Batman and Joker on each side of it and the game's logo on the front.
Let's take a look at the package contents.
What you will mostly need is the game's steelbook that features an impressive 3D metal artwork on the front.
Inside we find a manual, the game's dics and three exclusive DLC's.
Next up is the Batman: Arkham Origins Collectible Art Book that is decorated by the game's logo on the front and an artwork of Batman on its back side.
In this collectible art book, you will find several concept art screenshots from the developers of Warner Bros in Montreal.
This next item should be opened when you have completed the story but we will open it and show it briefly to you for your viewing pleasure.
This is an Assassin's Dossier Contract pack that includes a contract and 8 Assassin files from enemies that we will probably encounter in the game.
Last but not least, Warner Bros. included a 30cm figure with Batman holding Joker. The figure's build quality is really good with several details and an appropriate weight.
Batman Arkham Origins will be available tomorrow (25/10/2013) for €99.
We think that the price is normal for the quality of the contents although we haven't played the game yet. But if we compare it to other collector's editions, we think it deserves our money.
What is your opinion about this collector's edition? Tell us in the comments.
