Hi. My name is Mary Thinnes and I'm a skin care expert. The next and final step of the
cleansing process would be your sunscreens in the morning your moisturizers, creams in
the pm. So, obviously we all that sunscreen is important. And I will cover that on a completely
different topic and go into details as to why, but if you could find a sunscreen that
actually has a moisturizer in conjunction with the sunscreen, that would be ideal because
you wouldn't have to use - You could actually mark out step four and not even have to use
an extra moisturizer. So, it actually save you time and money. But at the same time at
night, you're going to obviously not going to use a sunscreen because the sun's not out.
So, you're definitely use your moisturizing. But on top of your moisturizers, for instance,
if you have mature skin and you use the antioxidant moisturizer that can be technically considered
your cream because it is heavier based. But for someone with acne/sensitive skin who uses
the pure hyleronic serum [ph], could actually if they wanted a little bit of a little richer
unfeeling cream, they could put a cream over there moisturizer. But do be careful with
acne skin as far as creams go because you don't want something too rich because it could
aggravate the skin and actually cause more breakouts. So, as long as it's something that's
not too heavy and actually like I mentioned before, hyleronic acid [ph] would be great
for their skin type.
