Nothing satisfies a coffee craving like a iced caramel latte. The combination of sweet
caramel with savory espresso makes this drink an all-time favorite.
Today, we're going to be using premium Nespresso compatible capsules from HiLine Coffee to
make an iced caramel latte. For the recipe, you'll also need 1 cup of
milk, 3 teaspoons of caramel sauce and some ice cubes.
First, insert a HiLine capsule into your Nespresso machine.
Now press the lungo button to pull your espresso shot.
If you like your coffee beverages a bit stronger, brew one more single shot with a new capsule
into the same mug. At this point, you can either let your espresso
sit until its room temperature, or place it in the fridge or freezer to let it chill for
a few minutes. While your espresso is cooling, mix the milk
and caramel sauce. Froth the milk using a cold milk frother.
Next, add the caramel milk froth to the cooled espresso.
Add ice to the glass, and enjoy immediately!
