Hey everyone, my name is chad Thomas aka paleo chad. In this video we are going to go over
a caveman diet grocery and food list. Now, proceed with caution. Most people who decide
to try the caveman diet do exactly what you are doing now. I know because I did it myself.
Our instinct is to research which foods we can and can't eat and then figure the rest
out as we go. However, it is one thing to know how you should be dieting, but it is
much more important to know how to make it; and how to make it taste good. People hear
about the wonderful effects of the Paleolithic diet, and they jump right into it without
doing enough preparation. Cooking is the number one reason that people fail at the caveman
diet. I've seen it happen 100 times. It happened to me in my first two half-hearted attempts
at transitioning into the caveman diet. Take this food list, learn from it and post it
on your refrigerator. But if you are ready to give the Paleolithic diet a serious try,
make sure you get yourself a proper paleo cookbook and a paleolithic diet meal plan.
