I don't think Christians need a science degree to be confident
in their sense that life had to have been created by God.
And my book Undeniable is really making that point, it starts
with it with with the fact that's widely acknowledged that
young people from a very early age get this, they look at
living things and they know that they were designed by a godlike
designer.
Obviously as they continue their education these young people are
being told that that intuition is false and that the true
understanding is the Darwinian understanding or the modern
version of the Darwinian understanding.
But I want to take it back to the basic common sense view
which I call it common science.
It's basically what we see and what we experience in life and
we never see accidental causes doing remarkable things.
And life is far more remarkable than anything that we've done in
technology, your smartphone is not nearly as sophisticated or
elegant as a firefly.
If we stay with what's simple and obvious we actually have a
more potent argument than if we try to read up on things that
are not really our specialty and we try to duke it out online
with people who are not interested in the truth they're
just trying to uphold a particular worldview.
So I prefer to keep it simple actually.
