Hello, My name is Frederic, from “Couleur Kemia”.
Today I'm going to give you the recipe of shortbread biscuits with feta cheese and Espelette pimiento,
You need:150 gr Feta cheese,
200 gr flour,
6 tablespoonfuls olive oil,
1 tablespoonful of powder Espelette pimiento.
First step :
Put the cheese in a bowl
and mash it
until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Second step :
Pour the flour on top,
stir, and mash, again.
The mixture makes grains.
Add the olive oil , the mixture gets more and more crusty.
Last step : the Espelette pimiento.
Add the pimiento powder,
and mix by hand.
The dough is ready.
Take a little ball of this dough in your hand,
flatten it carefully ,
and settle it on the baking tray.
Last step :
Bake 20 minutes , oven 180°C.
Our recipe is now over,

enjoy your shortbreads with a glass of Sweet Bordeaux,
as the acidity of the pimiento is perfectly enhanced by the sweetness of the wine .
