Rinse the 1/2 pack bean sprouts, and remove the root ends.(If bother, optional)
Cut the 1 deep-fried thin tofu into thin strips.
Then boil the 1.2L water in a pot. Add the bean sprouts, and deep-fried thin tofu.
Cut off the root clusters of the "buna shimeji mushroom", and divide into pieces. Add into the pot.
Then dissolve the blended miso into the water, and cook briefly. It's done. (※Scoop the miso with a ladle or a skimmer, dip into the water. And stir in the miso little by little.)
