So here we have all of our pallets of chips, getting ready to be sorted, getting ready
to be sent out on a daily basis to all the customers. We make about 5,000 bags of chips
on the 14 ounce. We make four different variety of sizes, for restaurants, with the smaller
convenience size stores. Here's the sorting process, we're going to make sure that all
the product gets into the right pallet, into the right truck, into the right place that's
gets to your store, into your shopping cart. About our process we're always checking, and
double checking, triple checking, right now we're checking to ensure that all the product
that is going out is the right one so we selected a couple boxes within that pallet, we're opening
up, make sure the product is just the right one for the consumer. We'll check selectively
and just make sure that everything's fine, give it a visual inspection, repackage it,
re-pallet it, before it goes out.
