Grow Enterprise Wales started in April 2010. It was set up as a training division to get
young people into the workplace. Grow Enterprise Wales offers on the job training
and accredited City And Guilds training. This is done through recycling, UPVC windows,
grounds maintainance and void clearance. Grow Enterprise Wales is tackling deprevation
and getting young people into the workplace who wouldn't normally find full time work.
We should win this award because we tackle social deprevation head on.
