So when handling fish, I know some people don't really like the feel of fish or even
lobsters and stuff like that. And I understand that. Generally, try and get your hands on
as much as you can. You really feel it, understand it, be able to control it a little easier.
But if you feel the need to wear gloves, just go to a local pharmacy and buy a box of latex
or vinyl gloves that you can just kind of keep on hand. Then you can always just take
them out when handling big fish. Just another thing you can do, or even if you're using
the glove, is just get a good, clean kitchen towel and kind of use that to help grip things
because you can really get a good grip on it and you don't feel like you have to touch
everything. Otherwise, just go for it. I think using something like this and the knife should
be just fine.
