Hi everyone! Welcome back to the Runtastic Fitness Channel. Today we are
working our abs in only six minutes and I have a special guest here with me. Say hi
to them. - Hi guys. Hi ladies and gentlemen. It's great to be here. -This is Sven. You might recognize him
from the Runtastic Results app and he's here today to do this abs workout with
me, as if he needs it but still... We're going to train our abs, we are going to
work hard we have six moves for these guys. We are going to do them for one
minute each exercise, no rest in between.
Just 1-2-3-4-5-6. - Oh, heavy. - You think you can hang? -We'll see. We're really going to workout.
Alright guys, check out these exercises and do them all for one minute each exercise. When you're done with all the exercises
