Okay, ladies and gentlemen, my name is Bruce Wen on behalf of Expert Village, I'm very
happy to be here to you, to be here today, to show you the Staff. The Staff is one of
the oldest weapon of the Shaolin Temple. One of the oldest weapon of the Shaolin Monks.
In the past, when people walk, when people's around, I mean we don't have the ability to
carry guns, knife, or other stuffs cause guns doesn't exist in the past, so the most common
weapon that people can pick up is a Staff. A Staff, basically you could cut any trees,
you know any branches and use that as a Staff. Okay. So first let me introduce you to the
section of the Staff, the parts of the Staff. Staff is breaking up into three parts. The
head which is the bigger end, the butt and the body. Okay. And when holding the Staff,
you want to hold it by one third toward your head, one third. And ladies and gentlemen,
this is the introduction to Staff.
