Hey Chef Kendra here, We are
learning how to bake chicken. Alright, we have got our chicken here and we are going
to sprinkle both sides of our chicken first with salt, and then with pepper, and now we
are going to add some Cajun seasoning. You can nab some of that right in your local grocery
stores spice isle. Now guys, look if you do not like it spicy, then you do not want any
part of this recipe. I m just saying. Also, the link to this recipe can be found in the
description box below. We re going to get some garlic into the mixer, and now we are
going to add some white onions, that I just roughly cut up so the onion would fit in the
mixer. Now we are going to add some fresh, washed parsley to the mixture, this also works
really well with cilantro. Now for the spicy stuff, we are adding some red crushed pepper,
now we are going to pour in the olive oil. You don t want the good stuff here because
the flavor would be too delicate. You might want to save that for dipping your bread.
So we are going to get that in. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Now we are going to slide
the top on and pulse it, and then what we want to do is turn this into a thick paste,
sort of creamy looking. We want all the flavors all wrapped around each other. And it really
doesn t take very long. So we are going to mix it until it looks just like that. Now
we have our garlic and parsley spread. Ok, let s take a spoonful and start spreading
the garlic and parsley mixture over the top of the chicken, We are just spreading if over
the top then we bake it for 20-25 minutes, flip the chicken over, spread some more mixture
and bake for another 10-15 minutes, flip one more time and spread some more mixture on
top for the last 10-15 minutes. Subscribe and please share guys, it really helps out.
Chef Kendra is out, Peace.
