Hey I'm Spyder at the Custom-Shop taaa daaa
We just made another bike, and here it is... It's another 81 Cb 750 c just like the last
bike we built. except this time we extended the bike 18 inches
and put on a separate platform for another independent seat for the passenger
mixed up the height a little bit left the stock exhaust on the bike
and put on these floorboards for the passenger its basically the same machine
this one runs a little quieter and alot smoother tracks real well because of the length
we utilized a stock choke system ignition is gone, we went back to our switch
for that we dont like keys
that got rid of all the wiring up front all the wiring on the bike is hidden
down here in the back and the battery is under this cover
so everything is completely hidden from view. its got a clean look, nice lines
ultra low and sleek its nine feet long
were going to go out and run it today unless the weather does not hold out
then we will ride it tomorrow to give you a closer look
I had to put two chains together because of the length of the bike which we
extended we put 18 inches in right here
the chain has to be kept reasonably tight due to the length of it
it can flop if not kept tight we got stock pipes so the bike runs quiet
this is the battery cover if I lift this off and try not to scratch
the paint you can see that I dug a hole and placed the
battery down inside it the lip of the battery actually holds on the
metal we also built a skid plate and steel box around
the battery on the bottom to protect it
drilled two holes here thru the frame of the bike
ran wires thru it with rubber inserts to keep it from shorting
under here is the regulator
and two small cdi boxes needed to run this bike
were going to airbrush skulls on this put it back on there its gonna be sick
we left this off til the end to get the chains on easier
we got all our electronics here this is missle launch
this is oil slick this is headlight and tail light
this is coil and ignition this is a tach
we didnt have one so we put a speedo there instead
at idle its about 30 we put pods on in place of air box
just like on other bike we did not have to rejet
we welded pipes back together thats it for the electronics part of the bike...
We utilized the suspension setup for the seats
basically we got a pivot off the frame
which is welded to seat pan seat pan connects to stock strut
that was on bike originally we sandblasted it and cleaned it up
welded onto frame which holds it into fitted position
I had to tack that on and off about 6 times to get it right
to where
the rear seat worked as you can see it not only works it works
great the oil in the shock is compressing making
that noise these are our own bars we build right here
at the shop we left them four inches longer than usual
for a wider meaner look thats the story on the suspension
if you got and old bike or if you want one of these get ahold of us
we can custom make one of these bikes to order for you...
Whatever colors you want, you name it we can do it!
Here's a look at another project 1978 Honda Goldwing
its gonna be sick anyways see ya next time we got a bike all
finished up... later...
