Cashew milk is by far one of the easiest milks you can make at home. It's
obviously very cheap and very healthy. All you need is cashews and water,
and if you want to sweeten it up with anything like honey or sunflower
nectar, or agave, or whatever it is, you can sweeten it up with that.
So start with some cashews. Now, personal preference, you can soak the
cashews overnight to activate them and they're much healthier that way. I'm
just going to get a handful of cashews in there, some water, about two cups
of water. My trusty water bottle. Then all you do is blend it up. Now,
sometimes I put in a little bit of salt as well, just some pink crystal
Himalayan salt.
All right, and there you have it, cashew milk. Yum. So I don't know about
you but I love milk, and in terms of milk there are hundreds of different
types of milks out there. Yes, the common ones are cow's milk. Some of the
healthier ones are almond milk, cashew milk, coconut... [ends]
