Ayda Field's husband embarks on a new chapter just before release of 11th album.
ROBBIE Williams has left current record company Universal for its competitor Sony in an enormous new international deal.
The UK's highest-selling record artist of all time has happily made the switch 5 years after signing with Universal.
Currently with Columbia Records, Robbie has expressed confidence that the move will bring an exciting change in his future albums.
Robbie has sold over 75 million records worldwide, making him one of the most successful artists in the world.
He has also appeared on the UK's Top 100 biggest selling albums charts 6 times.
Robbie also recently made headlines when his relationship with Ayda Field was thrown into the limelight.
Wife Ayda, 36, and Robbie were married in 2010 and has since spoken up about their tumultuous relationship.
The pair had reportedly broken up several times before they wed in 2010.
And it has been said that actress Cameron Diaz was the one who kept them together after their most recent split.
Cameron had ran into Robbie at a bar and apparently convinced him to think twice to salvage the relationship.
Since then, he's also been back in the studio with former Take That bandmates, collaborating for their Greatest Hits album in preparation for the band's 25th anniversary.
It appears that Robbie's life and career has taken an upward momentum- he is "extremely excited and proud" of his "new partnership with Sony Music".
