The reason I love working for Helzberg Diamonds is our executives
really care about us and you know whether you just get a communication
through an email on a weekly basis, whether you had a great day
or whether you get a care package in the mail from Beryl.
These events really help out with that.
I really enjoy being with my Helzberg family.
It is a very financially secure company, that’s the number one thing.
It’s owned by Warren Buffett and they have integrity.
Integrity is very, very important.
I would like to work in a company where I can grow and work
for a long, long period of time.
I love working for Helzberg Diamonds because if you do the right thing,
you work hard, you do the things that make a difference, you get what you want.
And in a short 9 years, I have the number one store in the company.
So I’m the living proof that if you do the right thing, you can control your destiny.
