I like this scene because it shows Rito actually taking advantage of his connections to do something useful. It's also important to the ending of this route. And it teaches the classic lesson of how it's okay to ask for help if you don't know what to do or can't do something alone. I interpreted "seikan" (星間) as "galactic" like at around 5:29, even though the dictionary that I use says "interstellar", to keep things simple. And "メール" as "message" because I wasn't n't sure if it was e-mail or actual letter mail. Doubting that it was just a text message. At around 5:57 and 6:40, Ryouko and Yami both mention "ルート" (root or also route), but I think "connections" makes more sense. I haven't heard anyone say things like "I have roots/routes to some friends" in English. Also at around 6:40, Yami mentions something about "shioki" (仕置き) which seems to mean "punishment" or "execution", so I referred to the people she was talking about as the "dark executioners" even though I have no idea who they are. I don't remember if they were people I already saw in the anime/manga. It may have something to do with the other assassin dude Yami met, but I read this series a while ago and don't remember as vividly anymore. And "dark executioner" sounds a lot cooler and more fitting than "dark judges" or something else since Yami's an assassin. And finally, for anyone wondering, at around 8:56, dorayaki is a sweet that has bean paste sandwiched between two pancakes. Tastes amazing. I highly recommend it to people. Some of them have nuts in them though, so beware to people with nut allergies.
