Ross Sheppard High School Q&a - How was your gradution banquet experience?

I'm Pina Chiarello I'm a teacher at Ross Sheppard High School I am one of four staff members who coordinate the graduation events around our school When EventIQ approached us with their services, we were very excited to explore alternative ways of organizing our ticket sales for our graduation banquet Up until that time, coordinating ticket sales for 600 students and their families proved to be a huge amount of time and effort that we had to place in the process The staff at EventIQ were very open to listen to our needs and to create customized reports based on the input we provided for them Since we moved our registration process, and all our ticket sales online the efficiency has increased immensely Parents appreciate the opportunity to have the online sales 24/7 available to them Students have embraced the opportunity to coordinate the ticket purchase with their friends and we most definitely love the level of organization and the tracking of information that EventIQ offer to us This most definitely has reduced the number of hours that we have had to put in our graduation event planning
