I direct my customers to the website often times because I'll have customers that are really
tech savvy and they don't want to
apply over the phone. Especially when
they're at work they don't want to share their personal business with everyone by
talking out loud
if they sit in a cubicle
so I direct my customers to the website they can apply my website so I
have an application that they can fill out right online and then they can also
do it you at three o'clock in the morning if they choose to do so. So it
gives them flexibility.
And on that website are some helpful things like a glossary of terms,
and payment calculators so if they want to do some number crunching on their own
they can certainly do that and they don't need me to help them with that
part.
Certainly at some point I will make them have a conversation with me and talk live
because I need to tweak those numbers and make sure that they're
accurate and appropriate for their scenario.
