Hi, Ray Spotts with Trusted Health Products. Today, we want to talk about why "Vitamin
C and More" works really well and why most supplements don't work. So, we're gonna put
a screen up here and show you the difference between our label and the label of a lot of
competitors.
Okay, now look on the label there and you're gonna see Vitamin C and More and when you
look at the ingredients it says, 'Each 900 mg capsule contains 670 mg of vitamin C,'
and then it's got vitamin C - ascorbic acid, which is your essential antioxidant.
Then, you've got magnesium and sodium ascorbate, which is a natural, neutral salt). It has
a significantly higher gastrointestinal tolerance and hence, is more safe and effective. Then,
the next one there is you've got 50 mg of magnesium sorbate and magnesium chelate. Essentially,
the magnesium sorbate, there again, is a natural, neutral salt, so your body recognizes it and
then you've got your activation of amino acids and that's your chelate there. The next thing
there is in a base of dulse. Dulse is used as an organic base with a non-synthetic foundation.
Then, you've got your bioflavonoids, which is a natural occurring plant compound.
The bottom line is the way we formulate; we don't formulate the way that most people do.
The way most companies formulate is they take an ingredient and they see what that ingredient
does, they do some clinical studies, and they say, 'Okay, I'll combine ingredient A with
ingredient B and I'll get A plu B. But, a lot of times when you combine them you don't
get A plus B, you get C. We go on a completely different direction. We look at what the body
wants, what the body needs and we formulate according to what the body wants. So, when
we formulate a product your body looks at it as a food. That's very, very important.
It's something that your body is actually going to absorb and use because it sees it
as a food.
Okay, now let's look at one of our competitor's and see what they've got. Okay, now you've
got the other vitamin C here and you see there that the first ingredient is absorbic acid,
which is your essential antioxidant.
But then, the next one here is micro crystalline cellulose. That's a lubricant provider, something
very foreign to your body.
Then, you're looking at cornstarch and you can see that that's a binder. Then, you've
got crosprovidone, that's a preservative. Then, you've got hydroxylpropyl cellulose,
that's a preservative encapsulator.
Now, you get down to stearic acid and magnesium stearate and these are both fatty acids and
they're also used in making candles and soaps and softening rubber. That's the kind of stuff
you want to put in your body?
Then, you've got silicon dioxide and that's a fancy name for sand, okay?
So, except for the absorbic acid, everything else in this product is foreign to your body.
So, you wonder why other products don't work as good as ours because your body doesn't
recognize this as food. It recognizes it as a foreign substance. They say we've got to
get rid of this stuff, so your body is working overtime to get rid of all these additives
and fillers and lubricants and all this other stuff that they're putting in the
product.
