Sorry Mr. Customer but your battery is not lifetime. In fact you should change that battery
every 3 years.
So, what about batteries? This car needed a jump box to get going.
There are 2 distinctly different kinds of batteries. Here at Napa Auto Care Center we
use a Legend Battery which is non-serviceable. That means once you put it in, you don't have
to worry about it as a consumer. There are lots of batteries out there that are serviceable.
In many cases, when you get a oil change they don't look to service your battery. They need
to have water added to these batteries on a periodic basis.
The issue is when do you know to replace the battery. The problem today with modern cars
is that this battery will not give you a warning. When it dies, you're done! So we recommend
strongly that every 3 years you replace your battery as a maintenance item, not as a failure
item.
