Now I'm going to show you the hips before I show you the footwork for the Brazilian
Samba dance. Now I'm going to show you the hip works. So, the hips are very loose, okay?
And, they go like, they follow your foot, okay? And they're very loose too. And, it's
hard to do without the footwork, so I'm going to do together fast, then I'm going to break
it down slowly, and then do together fast again. Because it's a very fast step that
is hard to do slowly, at least for me. So, here we go. I'm doing the same step that I
did before but now I'm incorporate the hips. (Dance step demo) And then I'm going to do
the back so you can see my hip work. (Dance demo) Now I'm going to do it slowly, okay?
Basically, you're going to be moving your hips up and down, up and down, up and down,
up. It's like your hips, they follow your feet, but also they're loose and they have
their own stuff so they're very free, you know? So, that's how it goes. (Dance demo)
Now slowly again. (Dance demo) Now fast once again, one more time. (Dance demo) And, you're
also going to be bending a little bit, your knees. Okay? To make sure that your hips are
going to be isolate going to be moving independent of your feet, but also following your feet.
I know it's hard to understand, but you need to practicing and keep doing and eventually
you're going to get it. You just need to practice, okay?
