bjbj 1 Tip To Attract Women - With Dating Coach Adam Lyons Mike Chang: Hey, what s up guys? This is Mike with Six Pack Shortcuts. We are here at VidCon Convention Centre, all on YouTube VidCon and Orange County California. I am sitting here with my buddy Adam Lyons, and this guy here is the guy behind the scenes in healthy meal time, he is the one that directed the video and made the video and edited the video and scripted everything. And, if you haven t seen it, you definitely have to check it out, it s one of our vital videos, it just went crazy. So Adam, number one, awesome job on that video. I actually took two shots of tequila and I go, okay, Adam, tell me what to do? Bam, bam, bam we just knocked through. But also, Adam is a dating coach, he actually has a badass channel on YouTube called AFC Adam London. So guys, you can go check that out. So Adam, there s lots of guys that watch our videos and a lot of them are young guys, and they workout, they want to get in shape, and I know that these guys are wanting to get in shape for a lot of reasons, one of them is to attract women. Adam Lyons: Okay. Mike Chang: So you are a dating coach. Give me the number one best tip you think that these guys can use to get more women, to attract more women? Adam Lyons: Okay, so without a doubt, the number one trick on attraction is pre-selection. There are innumerous psychologists that studied this, Bentley-Jones did a study on it. They took photographs of men and women and put them together and they analyzed it. But, I think the best example of it was actually another guy did a study where they took a photograph of a guy. Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: Goes up to girls and says, on a scale of 1 to 10 how attractive is this guy? And who scored actually I should say 6, on 1 to 10. They took the same photo, got up to girls and say, on a scale of 1 to 10 how attractive is this married guy? He gets two points higher on average. Just by saying, the guy already had a go, he gains two points on attractions. So that s massive, I mean, just imagine that you came in. You re like, man! I am 5, no women like me. Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: Well, if they think you ve got a girl, you gain two points straight-away, you re now 7, just bypass that, you re 7, you re 9, this is huge, no income, there is no other factor in the world that jumps you that much. Mike Chang: So okay, think you have a girl, but it doesn t mean you have to actually have a girl. Adam Lyons: Bingo! And this is where the gym action comes in. Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: So one of my favorite things I can ask -- especially if I select the guys, you know, huge, says like, you know, how do I meet girls in the gym? You can actually use these two things and merge them, and this is an incredibly powerful technique. You know, if you go to the gym and you signup to the classes, so often you ve done your workout, well you are doing like the fun kind of classes. Now give me now my top ten. If a guy is thinking about going to the gym to meet girls they would pick the same classes, they go to maybe a yoga, like a salsa class or something like that. Mike Chang: Yeah, one of the girly classes, they have no dudes in it? Adam Lyons: Right. Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: But they were really -- those classes, guys do go to them, because they go there to meet girls. Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: But there is one class, the only girls to go to, the girls who all be hot and this is where you want to go; hip hop dance class. It will be packed with hot young chicks. Do do never go to it. Guys like salsa dance are like, I get to dance with a girl or yoga is okay because that s kind of cool. Hip hop dance goes like, I am not going there, there is no one, like they literally boom up going there. ve got a hip hop dance class, you ll find 20 of 30 hot girls and no guys inside; many guys you do see, I must guarantee, do not or have no interest in girls. Mike Chang: They are gay. Adam Lyons: Yeah, 100%. Mike Chang: Cool! Adam Lyons: So you go to hip hop dance class and you go there and learn your moves. Now I taught one of my students this technique. Within four weeks he kind of like got the hang of dancing. He had three girls inviting him out to coffee. Two girls, one of them take him out to a night club to hangout, and one girl asked him to be in her music video, and he ended up being a backing dancer for her music video. Mike Chang: What? Adam Lyons: True story! So [Unintelligible] is very complicated, this is a guy who is not meeting with girls, they are like, ooh, that came to him. But if you want to utilize this, go to the hip hop dance class, go for like three or four weeks and after three or four weeks, their time is worth it, you just say to them, hey, you know, we should pass girls assistant in a night club, let s all go out one night and just thought like get a table or what have you, and just gone party and do a hip hop dance class routine in the freaking night club. Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: So when I give it a book up to a night club with, I don t know, 10-12 hot chicks who all know the dance routine, you know the dance routine -- Mike Chang: I see where this is going, okay. Adam Lyons: -- everyone is going to look at you and be like, wow, who is this guy, how do these girls love him, and they are going to be all over you, hugging you, loving your dance moves, you just gained pre-selection in one simple move. You got to meet a whole bunch of really cool hot chicks that you can hit on, and you gain pre-selection. That s cheating, that s no opening lines, no happened to go up and call to approach somebody, and it s like pre-made game in a bottle that you just have to put in four weeks of time learning dance moves. Mike Chang: Wow! And plus, like you said, all those girls that are going with you to make you look good, you can also hit on them if you like to, and you didn t have to take them out to dinner, you didn t spend any money on them, you didn t -- Adam Lyons: No call to approach, if you ve got somebody you don t know in a bar and go, how do I open this -- Mike Chang: Yeah. Adam Lyons: -- they are your friends, how about this, they might introduce you to other girls, you can expand your social circle, these girls aren t peeping in your jobs, you don t have to worry about any recursions in your career. Mike Chang: True! Adam Lyons: They don t know anyone in your friends, anyone in your family, so you can be bad, player type, they don t have to know who you are, so you can be the person you want to be right from that just signing up to the clubs.
