Team 4810 Engineering Our Future Submission - The arc

Hello, my name is Ryan Born and I am a member of Robotics Team 4810.
When posed with the question, "What could your team engineer that could make a positive impact on the world?"
We decided to take a look at the issue of trash.
More than fifty percent of what Americans threw out yearly could be recycled.
Is that a way to take care of the environment? We have a solution.
Handling garbage is a big problem throughout the world.
If Arc is implemented, this may be a solution to this problem.
Over four million pounds of garbage may be reduced due to this.
The Arc is an Automatic Recycling Can.
Once someone disposes of an item, the Arc will determine whether it is a paper, plastic, glass, or just plain waste item.
It will then separate it into its own separate bin.
Use Arc to help our environment.
