when I came for Pratt Institute
I don't think my parents would never expect me to come home with anything
other than the traditional building
and so when I come home with ice building they were kinda
my name in center rights I study at the Pratt Institute School of Architecture
on the wound up some Andrew and I developed a half iceberg
half a hot spring resort I'm proud to say that Leland and I are undoubtedly the first
students to use something that simulates ice as a building material
the way me and Andrew were able to be more confident
in pursuing this crazy project was having a way to build it
and that's where the replicator played a big role when I first started using
the maker but I started me thinking all the projects I've ever created
and I realize why you know I have the sooner
what I wish I had the sooner when making models making a by hand I feel your
limited
to the building your own hand but when you're diddly crafting something there's
a one to one translation
the about allows you to succeed at and
thing for me the first time ever 3d printed in seeing that there was this
perfect model it was amazing and I am
realized that I had to use this the following semester after we send a print
is supposed to just look at it for a minute to make sure that can work out
but we usually stay ready for 5-10 minutes just something that you
came up with being built up vertically and just magically appearing
that's the best part ten years from now I can imagine
every student having their own 3 printer
basically every single student is going to had their own workshop
that the Thunder studio on that all the things I deliver need 0
